How Yoga can help you to increase your immunity?

Our body has its own system to fight any kind of infection as the density of lymphocytes ( who communicate with T cells, the ailment fighting cells) but due to stresses in life, may it emotional, psychological, physiological, deteriorates the lymphocytes density hence making body vulnerable to infections.

The vedas tell us how we can reduce these stresses and enhance the immunity to fight infections.
